Pawn : Regular double room approximately 17' x 11' with attached toilet and a balcony, 6' x 5' to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
Rook : Suite Room with a bed room, attached toilet and a living room, dining room and a balcony, approximately 450sq.ft. carpet area.
Row House : Regular double room situated at ground level which has small court yard in front of each Row House, with separate fencing and gate. This is an economy model to accommodate 2 adults only.
Villa : This is an independent cottage with a typical kerala style roof and a large court yard in the front having a separate fencing and gate to accommodate 2 adults only, Running hot and cold water. Laundry and dry cleaning services. 24 hours room service. Satellite TV and in-house movies. E-mail and Internet facilities. Safe vault.

From Trivandrum International airport it just takes 20 minutes drive and from Trivandrum Railway station and city centre it takes 30 minutes drive. |
