In the Heritage Village all the 10 villas are of traditional ethnic Kerala style, built in harmony with natural products like cane, bamboo, thatched palm leaves, coir etc without inflicting the innate beauty of the Mother Nature. Some of the cottages are made on individual islands and some are on coconut pillars.
There are 20 Modern Villas, both A/C and Non A/C, all traditional Kerala Houses to suit your requirements with Cable T.V., Mini fridge, Telephone etc.
Parnasala (House of Saints) : Single bedded with attached bathroom. Cottage of typical Kerala hut.
Thekkotta (Shape of basket used for cleaning ponds ) : Coconut Lagoon - can see the fishes through the glass- topped table.
Kochuthuruthu ( Tiny Island ) : Cottage in an Island enjoy the coconut tree inside the bathroom.
Thottaravu (Near the pond) : Sit out into the backwater- for fishing.
Maniyara (Bridal Chamber Honey Moon cottage) : Total privacy with the round bed surrounded by backwaters.
Palliyara : The bedroom of Royal family one of the best A/c villas in an island with an unique sit out facing the backwater.
Kayaltheeram : A\c Villa with the Sit out facing the back waters and with a unique bath garden. Best Villa to enjoy the serene backwaters.
Modern Villa : A/c villas for a family with all modern facilities like TV, Mini Fridge, Hot water & Telephone.
Nalukettu : (Four cornered house) : Inner view of the room with a coconut tree inside and the bathroom with a part of the pond inside and a private island for relaxation.
Machilakom : (Roof top sit out) : Honey Moon villa with open air bath garden and the sit out on a tree protruding into the backwater.
